Design Challenge —
Located in Burgos Circle, Taguig City, The Bowery is a place where people can enjoy each other’s company over great food and drink—much like the New York City neighborhood it’s named for. The intention is to create a mainstay restaurant and bar in a bustling city, may it be for brunch meetings or an after-work haunt.
The Bowery in the 1800’s visually inspired the identity. The place was built on gritty architectural motifs and hand-made street lettering. As a result, this led to a textured and typography-focused look. This also went well with its wooden interiors and wide glass windows. Today, The Bowery is a day and night city staple, known for its hearty food and cool ambience.
