The panelists opened the session by discussing their individual takes on the perfect brand. Being a UI/UX consultant, CSJ highlighted the primacy on a brand’s end-users. The perfect brand for Sean is free and deeply personal. Rex then added to the personal dimension by sharing the best brands for him.

Instead of perfection as exemption from flaws, Marla sees it perfect brands as you on your best day. Lastly, Karl reminded everyone of the designer’s role beyond commerce: effecting change to improve society.

The rest of the session was an enjoyable discussion on their individual journeys, the Philippine design industry, their dream projects, and their intended legacy.
